The In-Between
The In-Between is a collection of songs written for the spaces we often live in but rarely name—between sorrow and hope, justice and mercy, waiting and fulfillment.
These songs do not rush toward easy answers or shallow comfort. They move slowly, honestly, grounded in Scripture, theology, and lived experience.
The album explores faith that trembles, hope that endures, and love that remains when everything else gives way. It is an offering for those learning to trust God not only at the destination, but along the road—where doubt, longing, and grace meet.

You Chose Us First
The beauty of God’s love for us is that He chose us. Not for anything we have, or could do, but because He loves us. When we are at our worst, God shows up with grace and mercy.

Rescue Me
The most basic cry we can make is to Jesus not to turn from us when we fall. To call out to God to rescue us. This is a cry we must, and should, make over and over throughout our lives.

Never Falter, Never Fade
Our ideas of Faith, Hope, and Love always fall short. But God reminds us what they really mean, and he demonstrates them. He never falters, and never fades.

Stolen Heaven, Secret Hell
The struggle with temptation, desire, and addiction are real. Sin is a fire that feeds, but never frees. But God sees our shame, stands with us, restores us, and gives us grace to fight.

Only You Satisfy
Our desires can confuse us, and our need for intimacy and love can make every spark a flame to our minds and hearts. But the object of our heart should always be God, and he teaches us what desire should be.

Justice
Its easy to find the need for God’s justice in the world, until we find that need for it in ourselves. God has promised justice, and because of Christ His justice makes us whole.

Give and Take
God ultimately is the one that gives and takes. Its hard to compare our lives to others and not feel envy. But its right that when we do we submit that envy to God to hammer out.

Always Be
Nothing, not time and space, life or death, nor anything In-Between, can separate us from the love of God, through his Son, Jesus Christ. All Glory to His Name.

Shapes of Sorrow
In this life, bones will still break, hearts will still break, and fear, sorrow, and anger will happen. In these moments we seek God to comfort, heal, and transform us. He has done it all already.

Gratitude
The natural conclusion to life, should be gratitude. The God that thought up all of time and space also thought of us. Through ways unseen He shaped all things, including us, for His glory. Thus, we praise Him, as we should.

Of Dust and Dawn
I believe life’s experiences should continuously point us towards God. I believe that music is an expression of our life and our heart. Music of my music is not traditional Christian music, but is fueled deeply by many, many years of theology and experience. Life is complicated, its full of love and loss, pain and joy, and vindication and failures. All of this deserves expression. The Christian experience of life is complicated, and wonderous, and is a wonderous adventure.
